Every smooth painted metal surface you've ever lived with has little or large sqiggles on them. Some are quite good. Then the punk ex-con 19 year old across town will pick up striping too. Sell all your striping crap to him for one lump price. Find an apartment near the beach. Stay in and watch TV. ...or market a book. Now you know.
